This session will look however you need it to in the moment. Integrating various bodywork modalities to meet you where you're at, we'll work together to manage pain, calm your nervous system, & relax your muscles.

Prenatal Massage

Welcome the magic of your changing body and growing baby with gentle & effective bodywork. Prenatal massage can bring relaxation & balance during a greatly transformational time.

Abdominal Massage

This bodywork session is focused around the abdomen, back, and pelvis to help realign & revitalize you. It is an external, noninvasive modality. This work supports fertility, postpartum recovery, digestive dysfunction, menstrual issues, and more.
